Production & delivery

Each piece is made to order after purchase. Allow 8–10 weeks for production and delivery. We confirm your order personally and ship it crated and insured. Delivery within the United States is complimentary, and import duties and customs fees are included in the price — nothing more to pay on arrival. Delivery is usually to the curbside or building entrance; in-home white-glove placement can be arranged on request — ask us before ordering.

Natural stone

Marble is a natural material. Veining, tone and small inclusions vary from slab to slab and are part of its character — your piece will be unique. If you would like to approve your slab before production, ask us when you order.

Care

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry. Use coasters and avoid acidic liquids (wine, citrus, vinegar) on marble. Clean glass and acrylic with a non-abrasive cloth; avoid ammonia-based cleaners on acrylic.

The studio reviews your order and confirms every detail with you before anything is cut.

Slab selection

A slab of natural marble is chosen for your piece. On request, we send you photographs to approve.
03 In the atelier
Cut, polished, assembled

The stone is cut and polished by hand; tempered glass or optical acrylic is fitted and checked.
04 Before shipping
Inspected & crated

Every piece is inspected, then crated and insured for the journey.
05 8–10 weeks
Delivered, duties paid

Complimentary delivery across the United States, with no import charges to pay on arrival.
